Are there essential oils in Novexpert products?

Novexpert has excluded essential oils from its formulation charter. Although they are natural compounds, they are highly allergenic. They can bring together 200 to 600 different molecules! Only one of them can cause an allergy (statistical law).

The use of essential oils is therefore not compatible with all skin types, particularly sensitive skin, nor does it have hypoallergenic products.

In addition, Novexpert products may not be compatible with pregnant and breastfeeding women. The majority of essential oils are potentially neurotoxic and can cause abortion. In fact, they have the ability to penetrate the layers of the skin into the bloodstream. They therefore reach the baby.

In addition, essential oils which have an action on the hormonal system (called hormone-like) should also be avoided. They are therefore considered an Endocrine Disruptor.

Can I go out in the sun with the vitamin C booster?

Yes, the Vitamin C Booster can be applied every day, before, during or after sun exposure.

Thanks to our stabilized vitamin C complex, it is protected from destruction in particular by light and heat. The pH of the Booster being close to that of the skin, it is therefore compatible with all skin types, even sensitive skin.

The vitamin C booster is: non-photoallergic, non-phototoxic and non-photosensitive.

Can I use Novexpert products on my children?

Yes, Novexpert products are 100% hypoallergenic and 0% allergens.

They are specially formulated to minimize the risk of allergies. The products are rigorously tested, certified, designed and controlled by specialized doctors.

I am vegan, can I use Novexpert products?

Yes, all Novexpert products are Vegan compatible.

I am a man, can I use Novexpert products?

All Novexpert products can be used equally by men and women. They do not contain any phytohormones.

I am pregnant, can I use Novexpert products?

All Novexpert products are suitable for pregnant women for 5 reasons:

Novexpert formulas do not contain Vitamin A pure. Novexpert formulas contain biodegradable ingredients and are therefore not retained in the umbilical cord. Novexpert formulas do not contain endocrine disruptors (= natural or chemical hormone that can affect the baby's development, suspected but not proven) such as soy isoflavones, parabens and some other preservatives such as triclosan or chemical sunscreens...The last reason is that the skin of pregnant women is more sensitive, the mention "Hypoallergenic " is therefore a plus for them.

How long do Novexpert products last before opening? After opening?

Before opening, Novexpert products can be kept for 3 years.

After opening, Novexpert products can be used for 6 months.

Are Novexpert products tested on animals?

No, no Novexpert product is tested on animals. Animal testing of cosmetic products is also prohibited by European Regulation 1223/2009.

Are Novexpert products certified organic?

Most Novexpert products are certified organic.

Those which are not are either Ecocert Ecological Cosmetics certified (products released before 2017) or Cosmos Natural (after 2017).

What is the origin of the ingredients present in Novexpert products?

Novexpert formulas are 100% of natural origin.

Are your containers recyclable ?

All our bottles are made from from recycled plastic and are recyclable (to be thrown entirely in the yellow bin).

What are the delivery times?

Parcel Privé delivery in 3 working days in mainland France.

Mondial Relay delivery in 4 days worked in mainland France.

Chronopost Express guarantees delivery before 1 p.m. the next day, for any order placed from Monday to Thursday before 12 p.m. and delivery on Saturday before 1 p.m., for all orders placed on Friday before 12 p.m.

MY COMMAND

How do I track my order?

As soon as the order is
validated and prepared by our warehouse, you will receive a shipping confirmation email, on which you will find the tracking number
of the
chosen carrier. You can also find the package tracking number by logging into your customer account. Simply click on “track my package”, the link will redirect you to the carrier’s website.

Can I modify my order?

Unfortunately, once your order has been validated, it is impossible for us to add or remove one or more products from your order.

Can I change the delivery address?

If you have entered the wrong delivery address
, we may still be able to change it.
It all depends on the processing time by the warehouse. If it has already been supported, we will not be able to modify it anymore. If not, we can update it! Do not hesitate to contact us by email contact@novexpert-lab.com or by telephone on 01 60 12 77 44 to give us your new address.

Can I cancel my order?

It all depends on its processing by the warehouse. If it has already been supported, we cannot change it anymore. Otherwise, we can update it.

REFUND

Can I be reimbursed for a product ordered and used?

No, we do not have a “satisfied or refunded” policy. We only reimburse products that are in their original packaging, respecting a maximum period of 14 days after purchase (legal withdrawal period). For more details, refer to article
11 of our General Terms and Conditions.

My package cannot be found, can I request a refund?

If you cannot find your package following its delivery, we invite you to check with those around you (neighbors, caretaker) and your post office.

As delivery is often contactless, directly to the letterbox, the delivery person will drop off your package without having contacted you.

I returned products, how will I get a refund?

If you have returned products or refused receipt of your package, a refund is possible if you respect the return conditions (see Article 11 – Right of withdrawal of the General Terms and Conditions). You will then be reimbursed upon receipt of the intact products, via the same payment method used during your purchase.

I received damaged products, what should I do?

We invite you to contact our customer service at contact@novexpert-lab.com by sending them a photo of your damaged products
. If the package in which you received your products was also in poor condition, do not hesitate to take a photo of it as well (this is important to us!).

I lost my password, how do I recover it?

How do I recover my invoice?

It was sent to you as an

To do this, you must
